The choir consists of 16 members who, along with the eight professional mentors, will form the core of the Voces Academy Chamber Choir. The core group will be given preference when fixing the ensemble for events and, in addition, we will create a pool of singers to which we will offer places in the choir as opportunity arises.
APPLICATIONS
We invite aspiring young musicians aged 18 years or over who envisage a professional career in vocal ensemble music to apply. Applicants will possess excellent ensemble singing skills and high levels of musicianship, with an ability to read music and learn quickly. Ideal candidates will be supportive of Voces Academy’s goals and philosophy of creating high-class performances through engaging learning environments.
Successful applicants will be invited to join the choir for an initial 2-year term, with the option of re-applying at the end of that period.
Auditions will take place in London on a periodic basis. Audition requirements will be advised upon invitation to attend an audition.
